Chemical Markets Analyticsby OPIS, is a leading provider of market and business advisory, analysis and information for the global chemical industry. It is a unit of Dow Jones & Company. We're looking for a highly driven, motivated and experienced marketing professionals to help in the execution for the base chemical our portfolio of solutions. Reporting to the Head of Global Based Chemical Marketing, this incumbent will be responsible for executing value chain solution marketing programs targeting a variety of clients and personas and will play a lead role in collaborating with other business lines to drive marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will help play a key role in building and executing marketing strategies, and campaigns, working with cross-functional teams across the region.
The role will be expected to design and execute multi-touch integrated marketing programs and solutions that leverage various channels (digital inbounds, events, etc.), support sales enablement toolkits and dashboards, with marketing analytics, to track results and enhance synergies between the marketing and sales teams.
You will own and support
Help grow and implement new digital marketing strategies and campaigns to drive further demand from online and offline activities
Analyze campaigns, targets and measurable ROI to be agile on campaigns tactics
Proactively engage with the sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities to track lead flow and convert opportunities
Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
Build pre & post event campaigns and execution - logistics, operations, and vendor management
Work with account teams to ensure proper leads follow-up and help analyze overall campaign performance
Establish integrated marketing plan, through application of Account Base Marketing (ABM) strategies to ensure campaigns are optimized in a timely manner
Digital marketing, assets and social media support, including utilizing email, EDMs, sales and marketing automation platforms, webinar and video technology
Work with cross-functional team to ensure campaigns effectiveness, successful relationships and maximize impact to pipeline growth
What we look from you
Up to 4 years experience in B2B demand generation marketing, ideally with a focus on integrated campaigns and ABM for Enterprise Saas or similar
Digital inbound marketing skills covering a wide range of online channels
Solid communication skills in written and spoken English Chinese language capabilities a plus but not a must
A problem-solver and strong ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively
Familiarity with ABM tools, marketing platforms (Eloqua, On24.. etc}, Salesforce, Google Ads/ Analytics, and reporting skills
Attention to detail, and able to analyze accurately large amounts of data, content, and products to develop solution sets.
Adaptable and highly motivated to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and changing market
Experience working in a cross-functional, matrix organization, including the understanding of global organizational dynamics
Highly collaborative, hands-on, goal-driven, and a positive attitude and sense of ownership
