Job Title: Client Advisor - RFP Specialist, Risk & Compliance Content

The Client Advisor - RFP Specialist will play a critical role in providing information relating to Risk & Compliance content for Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI). You will work with the Senior Director, Risk & Compliance, Strategic Client Advisory and team to support the Global RFP Specialist to ensure RFP and RFI are responded to in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with client and prospect expectations. You will also ensure that any knowledge base content relating to R&C data is kept up to date. You will report to the Senior Director, Risk & Compliance, Strategic Client Advisory.
While your prime focus will be ensuring timely and accurate responses to RFP and RFI, you will also, as appropriate, be involved in supporting the Strategic Client Advisory team providing answers to client queries relating to our research processes and data. As appropriate, you will also be involved in ensuring customer-facing materials provided to clients by the research team are comprehensive and up to date.
The role is based in Barcelona or Singapore.
You Will:
Be a key representative of the Risk & Compliance research team in providing responses to RFP and RFI
Maintain the RFPIO / Responsive Answer Bank Library relating to data coverage
Be the contact for incoming and ongoing RFPs and RFIs for Risk & Compliance data
Ensure deadlines relating to data questions in the RFP are met by establishing, prioritizing and tracking progress
Answer client queries relating to data
Produce clear, consistent, client-facing documentation on data as appropriate
This is a global role supporting AME, EMEA and APAC; early morning/evening calls are infrequent but may be required as necessary
You Have:
At least 3 years of experience working with Risk & Compliance data
Experience providing clear, concise written explanations about data
Ability to work to tight timelines
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred:
Familiar with RFPIO/Responsive or similar RFP repository
Practical knowledge of Dow Jones propositions, products and strategies
