The successful candidate will be a key member of our Customer Relation Management (CRM) team
supporting new and exciting projects focusing on integrating Salesforce, Cvent (Event Management
System) with our backend systems; along with maintaining and extending our custom applications such
as User Admin Portal and Sales Order System. He/she will be part of the engineering team and have a
key role in project development, implementation, and deployment.
A minimum 5 years of experience with a Bachelor degree in Computer Science is required. The
candidate should be fluid in Information and System Architecture. Other key assets include:
In-depth knowledge of programming languages including Python, Node.js.
Proficient in architectures (from Website to backend systems) with extensive experience with UI
Understanding Relational SQL Database technologies.
Experience with Linux operating system.
Experience in delivering Systems to an enterprise environment that requires standards for error
handling, logging, storage, and networking.
In-depth knowledge of communication protocols and understanding of REST, XML, JSON and
Experience with building reusable APIs and integrating systems.
Proven experience in developing with a Software Development Life Cycle, preferably agile
Excellent written and oral Communication Skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements including architecture and design
Ability to work in cross-functional teams requiring coordination across multiple internal groups.
Experience with architecting systems in a cloud-based computing environment, preferably
Experience with Salesforce.com, Apex, Visualforce and Java a big plus.
Works within the technology teams to build applications and architectures to support our
internal and customer facing tools.
Design, develop and support business applications, working closely with business users and
other technical teams and can effectively communicate these architectures to senior
Defining and implementing application architecture models and programming standards with
little direction needed.
