As a Product Manager on the Digital Experience team within Dow Jones, you will be responsible for the delivery of clearly defined technical information including network diagrams, systems specs, and their functions and impacts within the ecosystem. You will also be responsible for translating the obtained information into usable work components that our engineering partners can work off of. Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify system constraints, manage expectations, and risks.

Work with Systems Engineers, System Architects, Developers, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business-impacting projects
Create and update system-level documentation to assist with understanding workflows and impacts to changes
Be able to break down to Stories from the Features from Product Manager, Solutions Architecture and Network Engineering. Document and communicate Features and Stories to developers
Work with Delivery Manager, Product Manager, UX Lead and Engineering Managers to prioritize development stories
Manage Team backlog
Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting as needed to support production and development issues
Write test and success criteria for development stories
Define and implement improvement stories
Actively participate in all relevant agile meetings and ceremonies for each project iteration.
Continually build the skills of colleagues through peer collaboration, mentoring, and training
5+ years in a Systems Analyst role
3+ years functioning as a Product Owner
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent job-related experience
Experience with Agile development framework
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Self-starter that works well independently as well as in a team with a drive to learn and adapt to new technologies
