About the Role:

Dow Jones Billing team uses several legacy technology solutions to manage various billing business processes today. We have started a key strategic initiative to implement an SAP BRIM solution to migrate the billing functionality from legacy systems. This will build upon the existing SAP S/4 Hana implementation used for its core finance functions and include the following technology components:

  • SAP S/4 Hana BRIM - Sales Order Management, Convergent Invoicing, and Revenue Recognition

  • Convergent Mediation

  • Convergent Charging

  • BTP Cloud Integration Suite

  • SAC Reporting.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Convergent Mediation and Convergent Charging individual who can design, develop, and build solutions using these technologies. You will be a member of the Enterprise Technology team and play a crucial role in SAP BRIM implementation by designing, configuring, and optimizing mediation & charging solutions to support our billing and revenue management needs. This role will report to the Sr Director, Engineering ERP.

You Will:

  • Design, implement, and configure SAP Convergent Mediation & Convergent Charging solutions to meet business requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and System Integrator to gather requirements and ensure integration of SAP CM/CC with upstream billing and other systems as well as with SAP BRIM.

  • Contribute to all phases of full software development life cycle including: analysis, design, code, test, document, train, support, troubleshoot, etc..

  • Communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple teams and roles, both business and technical, to ensure appropriate ways of working (plan, meetings, comms, etc) are in place to support engagement with various IT and business stakeholders.

You Have:

  • Hands-on experience of at least 7+ years in SAP S/4 Hana and SAP Convergent Mediation/Convergent Charging technologies.

  • Experience with SAP BRIM implementations.

  • Strong billing domain knowledge in media industry.

  • Experience in BTP Cloud Integration suite is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science is a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams to achieve results that satisfy relevant stakeholders and builds trust.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to research on any relevant topic and come up with recommendations

  • Able to communicate complex technical subjects to business and technology stakeholders.

Pay Range: $145,000 - $180,000
