Job Description:

Channel Coordinator

The Channel Coordinator will report to the Senior Channel Manager. This position will support the net growth and engagement teams in executing their onsite campaigns for both members and prospective members.

Specific Responsibilities Include :

  • Management of the campaign execution process from beginning to end, including but not limited to the gathering of requirements, the communication of technical specifications, the quality assurance of the campaign, and launch of the final product

  • Management of onsite tagging which will be fed into granular order reporting

  • Trafficking of all marketing promotions on the site

  • Implementing marketing placements and onsite messages for members

  • Keeping organized and up-to-date queues for all placement types

  • Regularly pulling and analyzing reports and providing meaningful reporting/updates to stakeholders

  • Performing continuous quality assurance of onsite placements

  • Working with the vendor, as well as other internal teams, to troubleshoot technical issues and come up with effective solutions for new requests

Qualifications Include :

  • Knowledge of the ecommerce space

  • Familiarity with targeting/segmentation of audiences

  • Project management skills to collect, analyze and implement all requirements within tight timelines

  • Attention to detail and proficient quality assurance abilities

  • Quick problem solving skills to address roadblocks and production issues

  • Detail orientation and strong organizational skills

  • Self-starter

  • Publishing industry experience desired

  • Strong written and oral communications needed

  • Experience using Jira
