Job Description:
Onsite Channel Coordinator
The Onsite Channel Coordinator position will support various marketing groups by executing onsite and in-app campaigns across Wall Street Journal, Barron’s and MarketWatch. This position resides in the Marketing Data Solutions team within the Marketing Organization. The onsite coordinator will manage a range of campaign initiatives enhancing the customer experience as well as generating new business via nurturing relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:
Implementation of marketing promotions on Dow Jones flagship sites targeting prospects and subscribers
Management of the onsite and in-app campaign execution process from beginning to end, including but not limited to; the gathering of requirements, the communication of technical specifications, the quality assurance of the campaign, and launch of the final campaign
Management of campaign metadata tagging integral to campaign reporting
Manage digital asset library and data dictionary
Perform continuous quality assurance of onsite and in-app placements as well as user acceptance testing for customer experience
Work with third party vendors to manage platform capabilities, ensuring we are leveraging technology effectively
Qualifications:
1-3 years experience in marketing, marketing automation or operations preferred
Knowledge of the ecommerce space
Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing
Project management skills a must
Attention to detail and proficient quality assurance abilities
Quick problem solving skills to address roadblocks and production issues
Experience using Jira or other project management tools
