Primary responsibility is to build metrics reports to monitor, track and analyze business for the Global Finance Operation (GFO) departments. Responsible for working with various departments to understand works, statistics and metrics to build, monitor and report on. Position will be responsible for contributing to daily and weekly reports, monthly stats, quarterly dashboards, forecasting and ad hoc analysis as needed. Serves as the primary support for the Director of Global Billing Services.
Roles and Responsibilities/skills:
Monthly, quarterly and yearly standard GFO reports and analysis
Understanding of developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for analyzing and evaluating performance for the various GFO departments
Build and maintain forecasting models for billing based off revenue projections
Build and maintain ELT reporting as needed
Coordinate use of best tools for capturing data and reporting
Maintenance of customer reporting hierarchies, including cross-referencing between existing structures and consolidating into SAP
Ad Hoc and special reports
Four-year college degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business area with 2+ years of related experience
Understanding of GAAP, experience in CRM and ERP systems
Proficient with MS Office Suite, advanced Excel skill is a must
Advanced conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to see big picture, understand how things fit together in departments/company
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently, yet know where to/how to get necessary information required to complete tasks; know where to/how to ensure data ties and makes sense
Ability to understand use of descriptive and inferential statistical methods and industry standard tools is a plus
