About the Role:

The Offer Manager position within the Marketing Operations group will support the creation and management of key ecommerce flows for the Wall Street Journal, Barron's, MarketWatch, and Financial News. This role will liaise directly with our Marketing, Product and Tech teams to ensure a seamless checkout experience for our flagship publications.

You Will:

Successfully launching new products, offers and ecommerce flows to improve the customer experience. You'll develop OMRs (offer maintenance requests) and BRDs (business requirement documents) for new offers and processes, while working in close partnership with technology to translate into customer facing requirements.

  • You will create new offers and manage existing offers within the ecommerce platform in order to promote flagship publications, implement and build new landing pages for acquisition campaigns to ensure a seamless checkout experience, and execute new eCommerce flows to support new subscription offers presented in market - including digital pricing, promotions, and site assets

  • You will partner with a QA manager to manage the timelines, UAT, goals for testing, align on measurable KPIs, and create test plans

  • You will partner with cross-functional business units for new pricing plans and testing requests, iIncluding a streamlined intake process and project management of implementation from beginning to end

  • You will analyze existing processes for improvement, identify opportunities to drive KPIs, and automate manual processes

  • You will partner with your manager to create and optimize processes and timelines

  • You will manage a team of offer managers to provide mentorship, create a gold standard of operational excellence, and manage knowledge transfer

You Have:

  • 7+ years experience in eCommerce with an ability to understand APIs and databases

  • 7+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and influencing team members; building and maintaining working relationships across departments within an organization to ensure success.

  • Led with operational rigor, set standards for operational excellence with clearly defined project workflows

  • Detailed understanding of end-to-end eCommerce processes including: website infrastructure, content management, operations, and customer facing functionality

  • Experience with ATG. ATG is a browser-based interface that allows operations to create marketing offers and products

  • HTML skills required

  • Bachelor's degree required.
