Dow Jones Insides Sales Representative in PRINCETON, New Jersey

Job Description:

The Inside Sales Representative will work to sell print and digital amenity programs in new and existing verticals, across all Dow Jones & Company, Inc products (The Wall Street Journal and Barron’s). This role will combine intuition and research to find quality leads in order to close volume and revenue generating business.

To be successful you will:

Have the ability to utilize cold calling techniques with confidence and poise

Utilize our internal CRM systems for outreach and campaigns to promote brand awareness, products & programs

Work with the National Accounts, Commercial Field Sales team and the Director of Strategy and Planning

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Find and research businesses that would benefit from the Dow Jones Amenity Program

Acts as an advocate for Dow Jones products to prospective clients

Contact prospects/leads via telephone and email to secure new business

Schedule qualified appointments for the Commercial Field sales team

Drive revenue and volume growth through new amenity business development

Prepare accurate reports as defined by line manager

Required Experience and Skills:

Between 3-5 years of experience in an inside sales role

Unlimited desire to deliver success

A positive attitude

Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills

Understanding of internet and intranet applications. Intermediate skills in Google web-based applications. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint plus Salesforce experience is preferred
