The Marketing Data Platforms (MDP) team is looking for someone to join their team to support Consumer Marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, executing and supporting email campaigns to drive sales and engagement. Our ideal candidate is passionate about learning, has excellent attention to detail, and excels at multitasking.
Manage marketing campaign implementation via email platform
Gather and analyze requirements for campaign execution
Help maintain campaign queue of requests
Prepare, update, and edit coded emails for deployment using email HTML
Review and understand targeting and reporting requirements in the campaign request form
Work closely with Project Manager to thoroughly review email tests and schedule approved emails
Create and analyze campaign reports and share learnings and insights with the broader marketing team; Automate reports and/or append conversion metrics from other sources where necessary
1-3 years experience in marketing, marketing automation or operations preferred. Recent graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered.
Knowledge of product marketing and campaign management preferred
Experience with Jira a plus
Understanding of personalization, dynamic content, and data manipulation preferred
Proficient knowledge of HTML, specific to email, is preferred
Attention to detail and proficient QA abilities are required
Email vendor or marketing automation experience is a plus (Such as Cheetah, ActionIQ, or Salesforce)
Project management skills to collect, analyze and implement all requirements within tight timelines preferred
Quick problem solving skills to address roadblocks and production issues required
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with good interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge/understanding of data analysis and visualization a plus
Technical mindset preferred
