Dow Jones is seeking an experienced full-time Corporate Paralegal to join the Dow Jones Legal Department in its Princeton campus.
Preparation, review and negotiation of commercial contracts, including subscription, vendor, advertising and non-disclosure agreements.
Review of marketing materials and advertising creative for legal compliance.
Maintenance of sales and vendor contract forms.
Maintenance of contract database.
Monitoring changes in the law applicable to businesses supported.
Occasional executive assistance to lawyers in the department, including arranging travel, word processing help and preparation of expense reports.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
A paralegal certificate.
At least 3 years experience as a corporate paralegal at a law firm or corporate legal department.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to simultaneously manage workloads, multiple demands and shifting priorities within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
