Who is my manager?
Director - Audience Management
Reporting to the Director - Audience Management, the role of the Audience Associate is to support lead generation and data research initiatives for select c-level memberships and high-touch events. This is a 3-6 month contract role.
Our ideal candidate would be detail-oriented, self-motivated and comfortable with contact research. You should have a good understanding of the principles of research as well as strong communication skills and a professional demeanor. You should be extremely well-organized, take ownership of the tasks at hand, be able to multitask and remain calm under pressure. You will also be someone who enjoys being a team player, and can handle many different types of people and cultures with tact and courtesy.
What are my accountabilities?
Execute contact research for lead generation campaigns and initiatives for selected c-level memberships and high touch events, including but not limited to:
Identifying targets meeting specified criteria, adhering to defined qualification and research processes
Collecting prospect data from a range of sources
Appending contact information for approved targets
Coordinate data research briefs as needed, and manage review and delivery of the brief with our third party research partner
Coordinate data loads into the marketing automation and sales platforms, ensuring that all audience data is present, correct, complete and ready for inclusion in outreach campaigns
Success metrics for the Data Associate, include:
Membership database growth
Contact appending volumes
Timely feedback and reporting
A positive approach to all aspects of the job
IT literate with a strong knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets is essential
Excellent organization skills, able to work under pressure and to tight timescales in a fast paced environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail a must
Ability to take ownership and responsibility
A self-motivated and proactive team player, who will continuously build upon and share knowledge and expertise with the team
Proven ability to work with and across multiple teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
Results-driven, high-performing, high-quality work attitude
