Based in Princeton with travel to NYC on occasion

This position is a unique opportunity for a talented and motivated candidate to work closely with Dow Jones’ senior executives. This position will report to and provide support to the Sr. Executive Assistant/Manager and will support three to four SVPs within the Finance department as well as the office manager for the CFO.

You should be a creative problem solver, extremely well-organized, take ownership of the tasks at hand, calm under pressure, and capable of multi-tasking. You will also be someone who enjoys being a team player, and can handle many different types of people with tact and courtesy.
Responsibilities: scheduling, correspondence, extensive travel planning, and organizing work flow throughout the office.
General office duties:
Calendar management (internal and external meetings)
Google documentation organization
Assist with work in excel and powerpoint; must have good attention to detail
File and submit all corporate expenses monthly for the team
Coordinate internal/external events including but not limited to breakfast, lunches, tea/coffee, etc. on both a small and large scale
Manage travel arrangements
Act as liaison for Finance department for facilities requests, supply ordering and general office organization
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by manager
You've got a college degree. (preferred)
