About the Team:

The Intern, Developer Platform & Solution Engineering requires intellectual curiosity, a strong bias to action and a passion for solving enterprise problems with data & technology. The role is accountable to the GM. This hands-on role requires a blend of theoretical and working / hands on knowledge of software engineering and commerce. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential.
Research of the following domains for our API and feed products
Perform detailed analysis of sales history data for feed and API products
Shadow Customer Solution Engineers and assist in the completion of Customer Success Plans
Shadow Technical Account Managers and assist in the completion of Customer Implementation Plans
Skills & Experience:
Working towards a bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least two years of school successfully completed.
Relevant academic domain knowledge of software engineering and commerce.
Practical experience in software development including cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure) and working with APIs
Knowledge of cloud computing environments
Demonstrates excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
