About the Role

The FP&A Group is looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, to support our business partners across the Wealth & Investing product portfolio. You will help develop, communicate and monitor departmental and product budgets and forecasts. You will also aid business partners in assessing the financial impact of their recommendations and strategy by regularly developing, analyzing and presenting business case models. You will be based in our New York City office and will report to the SVP, FP&A & Transformation.

You Will:

  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial and quarterly results are provided

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant revenue/cost drivers and trends, and explain/report these to senior management

  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly forecasts are provided

  • Take end-to-end ownership for project work and ad-hoc analysis to drive strategic decisions within the business. This will involve the collection of data, creation of model/analysis of trends, identification of key issues, and the preparation and presentation to senior management

  • Oversee the development and output of one

  • Develop detailed financial models and analyses

  • Report on the financial implications of business/strategic decisions and identify potential systems and data improvements

  • Ensure business support is given to the operating partners and strong business relationships are maintained

You Have:

  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills

  • Strong quantitative skills

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral

  • Demonstrated ability in managing multiple Senior Stakeholders within a medium to large organization

  • Planning and organizational skills including effective time management

  • Experience managing and developing staff

  • CPA, MBA or Bachelors degree in accounting (Preferred)

  • SAP system experience (Preferred)

  • 7+ years of relevant Commercial Finance experience
