Leads the Partnerships Business Analysis (PBA) team that drives ideation and analysis of new business opportunities for the Chief Business Officer and the New Ventures team.
The Senior Director, PBA supports the overall teams for Business Development and New Ventures including growth areas initiatives for Partnerships, Audio/Video and Events. The projects will provide the analysis needed to drive decisions around the opportunity.
Leads the business plan creation process, from the financial analysis to the pitch deck to the post-implementation evaluation of performance
Translates and helps articulate company’s and team’s goals into the strategy with our partnerships
Oversees preparation of business cases, business plans, requests for investments, operational and executive-level presentations, market analyses, routine and ad hoc KPI reporting.
Manages a team of managers/analysts.
MBA or CFA required.
8+ years prior relevant experience includes consulting, investment banking or business development. Exposure in those roles to the tech, media or news industry is a definite plus.
Must be able to create persuasive, visually appealing presentations describing complex business opportunities.
Prior experience managing analysts in fast-tempo environments.
