About the Role

The Senior Associate, Channel Operations & Analytics is an important role in helping shape the Digital Employee Experience and external Dow Jones website ( You have experience developing channel communications to employees–especially through email platforms and intranets–to enhance the digital employee experience. In addition to supporting internal channel operations, you will aid in site maintenance for the external website. You will analyze data across channels to glean insights that contribute to continuous improvement for the digital employee experience, internal communication strategies and external website support.

You Will:

  • Publish content to intranet, company newsletter, digital signs and external website.

  • Contribute to weekly delivery of global newsletter and related content on company intranet.

  • Provide daily guidance and operational support to team members on issues relating to the employee experience at Dow Jones.

  • Support channels in compliance with internal policies and governance practices.

  • Ensure partners are following supported program requirements, rules and guidelines.

  • Communicate, train and implement new processes, policies and procedures to team members.

  • Identify issues/process improvement opportunities in the area of responsibility to improve employee experience or productivity.

  • Facilitate and manage programmatic change effectively.

  • Produce monthly metrics dashboards to create a holistic view of performance across the communications team and its channels.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years working in a similar role required (i.e. Channel Operations, Digital Employee Experience or Communications/Marketing Operations)

  • Experience with Poppulo, Google Workspace, LumApps or Wordpress.

  • Strong operational background

  • Work well with data and builds reports that are easily viewed and understood by others

  • Ability to synthesize data

  • Familiarity with graphic design software is a bonus

  • Excellent decision making skills with ability to identify, prioritize and articulate high impact initiatives

  • Cross functional teamwork

  • Desire to take ownership and be accountable for results

Pay Range: $40,000 - $160,000
