Dow Jones’ Product Strategy & Marketing team is responsible for managing product roadmap, collaborating on new product development, and developing product positioning, packaging and go-to-market strategy; equip the global sales team with timely, accurate and engaging presentations, sell sheets, templates and playbooks in order to drive revenue; maintain an organized arsenal and effective internal communication channels to deliver these tools and resources to the global sales team; providing product-specific expertise on sales calls and solicit client feedback to improve product set; and managing barter partnerships and organize trade marketing efforts to promote key products to agencies and clients;
Within this context, the Product Marketing Coordinator will contribute to a team responsible for positioning, packaging, and collateral production for new and existing products; delivering those materials to sales; and for providing product-specific expertise on sales calls.
Position, package, and produce collateral for new and existing products under direction of Product Marketing Director. Key outputs include:
Internal and external marketing communications
Contributing to the maintenance of an organized arsenal and effective internal communication channels to deliver these tools and resources to the global sales team
Success for this role will ultimately be measured by Product Marketing Director, sales team and client satisfaction with product marketing knowledge, materials and services.
1-2+ years marketing experience
Track record of successful proposition development & packaging
Comfortable working in highly matrixed organizations
