Job Description:

The Media Associate is a valuable member of the consumer marketing team as they support marketing managers in executing and stewarding media campaigns across owned, barter and paid media. You’ll join the team in our efforts to grow memberships, engagement and retention, and develop positive brand awareness and consideration.

What are my accountabilities?

  • Responsible for the execution of paid, owned and barter media strategy to help deliver world-class media campaigns

  • Maintain owned media calendar across print and digital channels; performing trafficking functions, quality control, reporting, and optimization

  • Create audiences within our DMP, based on demographic and behavior, to increase engagement amongst digital house ads

  • Develop barter partnerships with external media entities, and manage the fulfillment of inventory

  • Assist in the execution and monitoring of paid media campaigns across multiple channels like social, video, out of home, ensuring deliverables are met on time, and performance is aligned with the campaign objective

What do you need from me?

  • Experience in managing campaigns that use a variety of media channels

  • Good relationship skills and an ability to operate within a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Comfortable and interested working with data, reporting, and management of information

  • The ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high stress environment

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of demonstrated media planning experience
