Job Description:
Our Professional Information Business (PIB) marketing team is growing rapidly and is actively seeking highly motivated and passionate people for several open roles.
The Dow Jones PIB powers businesses, governments and financial institutions with award-winning journalism, robust data sets, a rich archive of premium content and flexible information tools.
We’re looking for a highly organized self-starter with strong communication skills and the drive to generate awareness, audience engagement and leads to nurture pipeline for our B2B business.
In the Marketing Manager role, you will support the development and execution of high-impact marketing plans as part of the global marketing strategy for our Dow Jones Newswires and Factiva businesses within the PIB portfolio. You will be responsible for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, advertising, social, events and other tactics. Your knowledge of audience segmentation will support your rich understanding of B2B marketing levers for achieving marketing goals and objectives.
You’ll report to the Executive Marketing Director for Factiva and Dow Jones Newswires, and will also engage in deep collaboration across the PIB Marketing, Business/Product, and Sales teams.
About The Role:
Create, manage and execute global marketing plans for the Factiva and Dow Jones Newswires portfolio with an ABM lens
Manage marketing budgets and monitor ROI
Create copy for channels including email, social, blog, sales materials, print and digital ads
Develop and optimize content, including white papers and third-party research, for channels and platforms
Manage events from brief and promotion, through post-event follow-up and analysis
Become a knowledgeable resource for Factiva and Dow Jones Newswires
Compile regular reports on marketing programs and campaign metrics
What You’ll Bring:
3-5 years of relevant experience; B2B marketing essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills and proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Creative, organized and collaborative approach with a keen attention to detail
Experience using marketing technology such as Eloqua, Terminus, Highspot, Drift, and Uberflip.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related field
