We are looking for a Lead to run Product & Customer Experience (PCX) Workshops to join our Design Operations team. As the Lead, PCX Workshops, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing workshops to support the Experience Group to help define and deliver product, program, and UX strategies. You will work closely with Design Ops colleagues to build a facilitation toolkit composed of materials, activities, and frameworks to empower planning and brainstorming across the organization.
This will be a highly collaborative role requiring partnerships with UX Architecture, UX Design, UX Research, Optimization, Customer Intelligence, Technology, Project Management, Product as well as SMEs and Partners across Dow Jones to empower design teams to do their best work.
The Lead, Product & Customer Experience Workshops will report to the Head of Design Ops.
Utilize industry leading creative methodologies to model, prototype, and iterate on ways our team works
Develop a core toolkit for discovery and ideation
Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with PCX team, SMEs and partners across Dow Jones
Organize and facilitate specific product development ideation sessions and other creative workshops
Conduct discovery sessions with cross functional teams and stakeholders
Support the Design Ops team in succeeding and delivering on goals, while continuously seeking out ways to improve our process, capabilities and culture
Conduct education and training sessions on team processes and methodologies
Help build the culture of the design team and develop a best-in-class workshop and facilitation frameworks
Required Skill Set:
8+ years of experience in developing and delivering workshops and brainstorming sessions in a UX, consulting, product, program, or project management role
An understanding of UX and the different crafts that are part of the design family
Experience working with creative/design teams, understanding how to integrate process with creative minds
Experience working with product, marketing, and brand design teams
Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools such as Miro, Figma, Google Meet, and Zoom
Strong operational and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to plan, coordinate and execute projects
A passion for supporting and enabling people to do their best work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
