This position is a unique opportunity for a talented and motivated candidate to work closely with Dow Jones’ senior executives and manage multiple aspects of the leadership team. Location: New York City (Hybrid schedule)
Report to the Chief of Staff & SVP, Strategic Initiatives
Answering phones, scheduling, correspondence, travel planning, expenses, organizing work flow throughout the office, and ad hoc projects.
Ensure that proper preparation and materials and documents are available for each day's meetings and events.
Understand the team's goals and objectives in order to effectively anticipate deliverables and follow up when necessary.
Performs administrative duties required to support management staff and ongoing operations.
You have a college degree (preferred).
You are a strategic thinker.
Must be comfortable and confident to advise the Executive leadership team.
You've got a positive, problem solving attitude and a strong work ethic.
You're a team-player with an outsized sense of fun.
You've successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously.
You communicate clearly and effectively.
