We are looking for an experienced Director of Strategy & Operations within our Barron's Group division. Reporting directly to the SVP of Barron's Group, you will work alongside key stakeholders to ensure our department is delivering on new and existing initiatives. The ideal candidate must be capable and able to both directly and indirectly drive a wide array of operational activities. We are looking for a proven leader who can drive long-term success across multiple brands.
Help oversee, guide, lead our key projects and work with senior leaders and staff to support the membership & ad strategy
Be the go-to person for clearing obstacles and finding answers and solutions to anything that may slow down our progress
Communicate priorities to staff and leadership; check on progress and KPIs; decelerate/accelerate where needed; represent publisher; lead where needed
Set agenda for leadership meetings; check on deliverables from leaders, stakeholders, partners
Track and plan major group-wide initiatives; align teams to deliver KPIs, goals
Work with a wide array of publications and sites at a stage of growth
Assist in managing resource allocation and communications with HR
Manage Barron’s group team of admins and executive assistants
