Job Description:
The Marketing team is responsible for growing the subscriber base of Dow Jones products globally, across WSJ, Barron's, MarketWatch and Investor's Business Daily. Within the Marketing org, this role sits in the B2B Marketing team, who work closely with direct sales teams to deliver against annual budget targets.
You will:
Understand the growth goals for the current fiscal year for the Corporate sales team and build and execute marketing plans to help the sales team meet their growth goals for the year.
Work with the Corporate sales team to identify and engage prospects. This includes executing B2B marketing campaigns, creating compelling sales materials, and recommending and securing events for lead generation.
Plan and execute lead generation and drip campaigns for sales prospects through Salesforce.com, and marketing automation tools
Manage the marketing for the Corporate Sales team to drive strategic objectives.
Responsible for leading, budgeting and end to end delivery of marketing plans and projects that help drive international subscription growth
Exercise a thorough knowledge of the brand and key competitors, alongside an ability to balance team goals with overall company objectives.
Manage marketing managers and oversee creative development, including briefs, feedback and rollout for campaign assets.
Devise and execute marketing plans for customers post-sale to raise awareness and increase engagement of WSJ, Barron's Marketwatch amongst clients and partners.
Develop strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and collaborate effectively with other teams across the business including Sales, B2B Marketing, Operations, Data, and Events.
You Have:
A bachelor's degree.
12 years experience working in a marketing or communications role.
Excellent project management is able to keep teams to a tight deadline and work across time zones.
Prior experience of SalesForce, marketing automation systems.
Ability to read and interpret data as it pertains to key metrics in order to inform your marketing decisions.
Influencers with a proven ability collaborate in a matrix environment.
