The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the revenue growth of Dow Jones Professional Information Business products by building and optimizing a funnel of marketing qualified B2B leads, based on strategic direction from product marketing managers.
Responsibilities & Activities:
Work closely in conjunction with brand marketing leads and operations support to execute lead generation components of marketing plans for each of the three Professional Information Business units (Risk & Compliance, Knowledge & Insight and DNA); primarily executing, optimizing and reporting on owned and paid media campaigns.
Responsible for overall execution of a fully integrated demand generation program.
Responsible for managing lead generation process to create engagement and fill pipeline with qualified leads and opportunities.
Execution of all digital marketing tactics (SEO, SEM, retargeting, social, webinars, etc.)
Responsible for lead gen goals, metrics and KPIs.
Responsible for testing to optimize campaign performance and improve conversion.
Use automation tools and Salesforce to run campaigns that identify, engage, and attract top prospects based on strategic direction from marketing leads.
Work in tandem with content strategy manager to maximize conversion rates across content, event, and nurture campaign activity.
Run experiments, build processes and implement tools to optimize our lead generation.
Responsible for reporting on leads, pipeline/opportunities, conversion funnel, overall marketing ROI and all stakeholder reporting.
Work closely with sales leadership to establish direct communication lines in order to communicate strategy, process and results; and to elicit feedback and create a strong marketing/sales alignment.
Basic Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years of relevant experience; B2B marketing experience preferred.
Proficient in executing and running paid social, SEM, retargeting and display campaigns.
Experience with Eloqua (or other marketing automation tools) and Salesforce.
Strong project management skills.
Proven experience executing results and data-driven marketing campaigns.
