About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to generate new business opportunities. You will identify, engage, and qualify prospects, working closely with the sales team to drive growth.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients across key industries.

  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest.

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track engagement and pipeline progress.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and improve prospecting efforts.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and Dow Jones’ products to provide relevant insights to potential clients.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.

  • Interest in financial services, data, or media industries is advantageous.
