International Enterprise Partnerships Team

International Enterprise Partnerships Team:

A partnership within the International Enterprise team is a customised package which comprises of WSJ & Barron’s Group content, membership and branding components that elevate a partner’s customer or membership offering. Commercial Partnerships are the main volume driver of subscriptions outside the U.S. In addition to driving revenue, partnerships also increase the brand presence and awareness by leveraging partners’ various marketing channels to promote content on their platforms. Our goal within the International Enterprise team is to contribute to the overall company goal of doubling membership volume to our consumer products.

What are my accountabilities?

  • Responsibility for providing operational support to the Global Commercial Partnership team who are based in HK, Singapore Tokyo and London.

  • Support Partners Onboarding from Customer Journey definition and implementation to ensure post-sale processes are in place.

  • Lead Conversations with Clients and recommend to Clients the most applicable customer journey. Work closely with Technology teams to deliver on said journey

  • Support Client Engagement team to deliver against PLS (Partnership Platform) to support Clients on subscription deployment & content delivery

  • Oversee Auditing Process for content distribution with partners. Deliver on the existing process to ensure partners are using content within contractual obligations, and escalate when necessary. Support Client Engagement team in the delivery of WSJ ethic guidelines

  • Manage Salesforce Administration working with sales and SF administration functions in the US to ensure we are best leveraging the tool

  • Oversee reporting processes to ensure we are communicating effectively and compliantly with PWC and financial teams

  • Work closely with the Customer Engine team to ensure reporting needs for the Commercial Partnerships team are being met

  • Working with the current processes in place within the teams and reviewing ways of improving them. Be Proactive with the VP of Sales and Client Engagement team to identify improvements to ways of working

What do you need from me?

  • Ability to handle a busy workload in a calm and professional manner being Proactive/SoSolution-oriented

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills – ability to interact with a variety of different personalities, not afraid to challenge for follow-up information – Both written and verbal

  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks accordingly

  • Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft office working knowledge

  • Knowledge of CRM system would be advantageous preferably Salesforce

  • Ability to be able to build relationships both internally and externally

  • Self-motivated, trustworthy and builds confidence

  • Knowledge and interest in the financial markets and financial news are desirable
