Job Description:
This is a hybrid position, one year contract role based in London. You will report to the Payroll Supervisor.
Job Details
Assisting EMEA Analysts with Country specific support to cover during absences
Processing of UK payroll
To update procedure guides for each EMEA region
Enter variable data into system: (Sick notes / P45’s / new starter checklists /manual adjustments backpay etc)
Processing pension and benefits for UK and EMEA (reconciliation and payment)
Assisting with external audits
Manage the EMEA Payroll inbox which includes employee and stakeholder queries
Running reports and performing audits between Workday HRIS and TMF
Reporting of remuneration for Tax partners and Global Mobility
Completing reconciliations between Comp & Reward and payroll
AD hoc payroll tasks, reporting and queries
Desired Skills and Experience:
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
A keen eye for detail and accuracy
Good knowledge of MS Office software (especially Word and Excel Vlook)
Knowledge of UK payroll/ current HMRC legislation (advantageous)
Ceridian Dayforce experience (advantageous)
Strong communication skills
Highly motivated
Ability to use own initiative
Quick learner
Ability to work well within a team
