About the Role:

As Marketing Associate Director for the Americas region, you will assist with developing and leading the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for the energy portfolio of solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing event marketing programs targeting various clients and personas and will play a lead role in collaborating with other business lines to drive marketing initiatives. You will report to the Marketing Senior Director.

You Will:

  • Be responsible for event content creation, management, and marketing

  • Work with internal partners and external agencies to produce high-quality materials designed to drive event delegates

  • Work with important partners across CMA's Energy business and use market research, client feedback, and sales priorities to develop compelling and content-rich value propositions to drive the GTM marketing communications strategy into target segments

  • Implement, plan, develop, and measure integrated global marketing programs (including marketing-gated events) that will align with the buyer's journey

  • Help grow and implement new digital inbound marketing strategies that increase further demand from online activity

  • Develop global sales enablement assets and implement training strategies to instruct Sales on understanding target audiences, value propositions, buyer preferences, needs, and challenges

  • Create processes and account scoring techniques that can analyze and identify when accounts are to be prioritized

  • Analyze campaigns & targets daily and compare A/B tests to ensure that strategies have a measurable Return on investment

  • Engage with Sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and increase the impact of marketing activities which includes working with the team to track lead flow and convert opportunities

  • Become a subject matter expert on our key personas, work with Sales to fill gaps, and develop a persona-based strategy for lead conversion

  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through enhanced audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes

  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources

You Have:

  • At least 8+ years' B2B demand generation marketing focused on events and integrated marketing

  • Energy industry experience (preferred)

  • Experience tying marketing strategy and programs to ROI

  • Experience communicating information related to pipeline volume, velocity, and revenue contribution

  • Track record of measurable success in developing and growing pipelines through innovative programs to scale company growth

  • Proven content marketing capabilities which include strategy, writing, creation, and execution of marketing assets access social media, blogs, websites, email, and other types of media

  • Used marketing tools & platforms such as HubSpot, Eloqua, On24, Salesforce, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and their reporting capabilities

  • Worked in a cross-functional, matrixed organization with varying global, regional, country and/or organizational dynamics

  • Undergraduate degree
