We offer short- and long-term market coverage for more than 200 core building-block chemicals with a full suite of advisory services and top-tier events held around the globe. The worldwide chemical industry looks to Chemical Market Analytics to guide decisions and help manage risk across the entire value chain.
About the Role:
Research Analysts are part of a central group reporting thru Strategic Insights and are assigned to each of the Base Chemical sectors. These sectors include Olefins, Plastics, Aromatics, Inorganics, and Syngas. Research Analysts support their sector in the publication of market reports, studies, client/conference presentations, webinars, project work and other related tasks. Analysts also interact with clients in providing data and information. They may also be assigned specific research and data collection.
You Will:
Create/modify Microsoft Excel graphs and tables for weekly/monthly market reports and utilize content management software to publish the reports.
Create presentation materials in Microsoft Power Point for meetings and conferences.
Fulfull data requests by clients as directed by consultants. Gather and maintain data for the assigned Base Chemical sector.
Support operating endeavors to improve and maintain processes and standardization.
You Have:
Bachelor’s degree. Science degree (Chemistry or Biological Sciences) or equivalent experience a plus.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Power Point, and Word.
Experience and quick learner in all software applications (content management system, databases, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and strong analytical skills.
