Collections Analyst (Finance Operations)
This role will report to Collection Supervisor in Hong Kong.
Regular phone and email contact with assigned customers to build customer relationship and to ensure timely payment of invoices. Work with clients to request due and overdue payments and resolve payment issues. This is to be completed by achieving assigned collections and call quality targets.
Act in compliance with our goals and procedures as they pertain to collection activity, and specified Accounts Receivable goals.
Perform a comprehensive and assigned collection strategy with customers who are past due in calls and emails.
Communicate with the Sales Department on past due accounts at specified intervals. Inform sales representatives and management of changes in account status.
Escalate at-risk collection accounts to Management.
Meet defined department and individual goals along with assigned month end reporting deadlines and activity metrics.
Establish an effective and cooperative working relationship within the department and company. Communicate with internal staff regarding customer payments issues and provide resolution.
Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines;
Prior APAC collections experience is preferred. Preferred history of demonstrated success in a fast paced, flexible environment with shifting demands and priorities.
Maintain customer relations and customer service to all customers.
Develop a positive working relationship with customers and our internal sales team.
Fluent in English and Mandarin with good English and Chinese written skills.
