Developed in consultation with legal experts, RiskCenter facilitates a risk-based approach to third-party screening, onboarding and/or ongoing monitoring based on a customer’s business needs.
The role will act as liaison between the customers, sales and technical teams in the coordination, communication and delivery of all new implementations or changes to existing services.
The successful candidate will be the primary operational contact for business customers and responsible for oversight of day-to-day management of RiskCenter Third-Party implementations, from pre-sales support through to business-as-usual operational management of the client requirements.
Operate as the primary operational contact for customers and responsible for oversight of day-to-day management of RiskCenter Third-Party implementations in assigned clients.
Requirement gathering and providing feedback to inform functional development of the RiskCenter Third Party Platform.
Develop tailored compliance processes based on client’s policies and procedures and delivering client implementations on time and within budget.
Drive implementation of RiskCenter Third-Party by tracking activity, resolving any problems that might arise.
Responsibility for key project deliverables and project planning/budget tracking.
Manage multiple customer implementations, whilst maintaining high levels of customer engagement.
Define and document concise functional specification documentation for approval by the customer for all implementations of RiskCenter Third Party or subsequent change requests.
Conduct insightful analysis into ongoing or one-time operational issues - highlighting relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
Experience of project management and/or Business Analysis in a technology environment
Knowledge and experience of SAAS (Software as a Service)
