About the Role

This Single Copy Sales (SCS) Distribution Support position involves supporting the overall delivery and billing of WSJ/Barron's to Wholesale, Retail, and Amenity accounts. This role involves inbound and outbound customer service interaction and follow-up. With minimum supervision, you will perform specified duties related to the department's activities. You will be based in Chicopee, Massachusetts reporting to the Distribution/Delivery manager.

You Will:

  • Handle account creation and management for multiple print facilities.

  • Conduct account supply management and returns entry.

  • Handle Inbound and Outbound customer interactions via email and telephone.

  • Assist customers with questions regarding supply, returns, and research related to billing inquiries.

  • Work with Sales and Production managers to support print center dispatch and routing schemes changes.

  • Assist with all aspects of customer invoice process. These processes require an acute attention to detail and the ability to meet rigid time targets.

  • Develop a working understanding of the MATRIX Single Copy System and other circulation and business systems.

You Have:

  • 0-1 years of general office and/or prior customer service experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

  • MS Word and strong proficiency with Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).

  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and can prioritize a fluctuating daily work load.

  • Willingness to work 9:00 to 5:00 pm and are flexible to assure coverage.
