About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Product and Design, we are seeking an experienced and visionary VP of Product to lead the strategy for the development of centralized platforms that will help drive customer experience, engagement and revenue. Platform areas include messaging, personalization and market data.
You Will:
Create the product strategy for critical platforms including messaging & message targeting, personalization and market data and aligned with business needs and user insights.
Drive from product strategy to an implementable roadmap delivering business and user value, track to metrics and KPIs
As these platforms span B2B and B2C, work across a wide range of stakeholders and drive to the best alignment across competing needs and goals
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure successful platform development and implementation.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to customer experience platforms.Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies related to customer experience platforms, particularly in the areas of messaging and personalization, such as AI-driven personalization, real-time behavioral messaging, and omnichannel messaging platforms.
Ensure appropriate customer research is driving strategic approaches
Serve as a product management leader helping grow the skillsets of direct reports and the broader product management team
Work with marketing and sales teams to align platform capabilities with go-to-market strategies.
You Have:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in product management
History of delivering platforms and driving modernization in an international subscription media environment
Deep experience with messaging and targeting platforms to drive engagement and return to site in a media environment
Track record of managing platform roadmaps in environments with highly competing products
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex software products
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and their impact on user engagement
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
Knowledge of data analytics and its application in product strategy
Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in UI development
History of successful stakeholder management at executive levels
