As a part of the PMO, Employee Engagement, and Process Development Division within the OPIS Product Technology Group, you will work with multinational teams and individuals on both the technology and business side ensuring OPIS growth, expedited delivery, superior quality, best practices and continuous improvement.

About the Role:

We are looking for an Agile Project Manager within our Agile Project Management and Employee Engagement and Process Development Office that works with executive leadership to develop and drive OPIS Product Technology initiatives to improve product development and delivery, as well as, multi-national employee development and engagement. As a part of our team, you will work on international, cross-divisional projects to improve, expedite and ensure quality within OPIS product delivery. You will work with Product Technology Leadership, Divisional Leadership, Product Owners and various team members within technology and business, as well as, delivery teams and individual employees to improve and enhance performance, quality and growth.

You Will:

  • Advocate and lead Product Technology initiatives enhancing and expediting product delivery and exceptional quality while integrating automation and implementing new and improved process and streamlined delivery

  • Serve as an interface between business and development, building and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business and technical executives, team members and product owners

  • Assist in developing and leading PMO strategies, policies and processes to standardize, improve, and advocate project management best practices, streamline software development life cycle (SDLC), and DevOps principles, expediting and improving delivery and ensuring quality

  • Guide project managers and strengthen teams, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies, budgets and high quality deliverables

  • Coach, mentor, and educate product owners on agile best practices, product development process, expectations and product success criteria to ensure high quality, expedited product delivery

  • Gain superior knowledge on OPIS divisions, products and roadmaps to assist project managers and product owners to streamline OPIS product development with continuous improvement

  • Create and standardize meaningful reporting metrics and KPIs, building strong communication of project status and progress across divisions, providing visibility and strategic direction enabling teams to set expectations for technical and business stakeholders, and enable clear, transparent communication with customers

  • Create summary reporting, information radiators, and full project visibility across the organization providing quick, simple insight views to all divisions

  • Collaborate with leadership teams to develop career paths and development plans, training programs and performance enhancement strategies to enable employee growth, vertically and horizontally, ensuring company growth, employee retention, through growth opportunities, engagement and happiness

You Have:

  • 2+ years of increasing responsibility in Project Manager or Scrum Master roles with leadership responsibilities

  • 2+ years experience working on projects of small to medium size

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or similar equivalent experience

  • Experience managing technical software development projects in a fast-paced Agile environment

  • Solid understanding of Agile project management principles and how to adapt them to new business environments

  • Proven track record of forming, storming, and norming new teams

  • Understanding of how to manage and deliver development and business change or continuous improvement programs, preferably in a large, matrixed group

  • Understanding of change management techniques

  • Effective communicator with a wide range of audiences from team member to executive
